The special sets are sets that I have assembled with one primary stone color - usually white, black, green, or red. As in all my sets, they are put together in similar size groups. The regular rune sets are an eclectic collection of color and texture. Availability of various sizes in any particular color is limited as it takes time to collect stones of similar color and size, hence the slightly higher price.
